The current version of the application has been completely redesigned and now features a tabbed navigation system.

One noteworthy addition is the new watch application that accompanies our app. It provides users with real-time ground and mean sea level (MSL) pressure readings, as well as instant access to their current altitude and weather conditions.

There are now two separate barometer screens available. The first screen displays the pressure at mean sea level, which aligns with the readings reported by weather stations. For devices equipped with built-in sensors, the values are retrieved directly from them. In the absence of sensors, the closest weather station provides the pressure value.

Our clean and intuitive app allows users to quickly view current pressure with a single glance. Furthermore, users have the option to save any given value for the purpose of comparing it with pressures from other days. A noteworthy feature is that users can swipe through multiple units and instantly see the pressure in their desired unit, including pounds per square inch, millibar, hectopascal, kilopascal, millimeter of mercury, bar, and inch of mercury.

Users also have the ability to customize their preferred units through the settings.

A simple swipe on the screen renders an altimeter gauge that displays accurate elevation information based on advanced calculation algorithms. Using GPS, network services, and calibrated pressure sensors, our app provides users with highly precise altitude readings in barometric units. Alternatively, for those who prefer metric and imperial units, they can easily switch to see those readings instead.

The third screen of our application offers clear and accurate weather information which includes temperature, wind speed, wind direction, humidity, cloudiness, dew point temperature, and fog.

Devices equipped with pressure sensors now have the option to switch between displaying average elevation (as shown on the Altimeter screen) and barometer-based elevation. Users can also manually calibrate their mean sea level pressure value.

The history screen has been revamped and now offers users the ability to choose from four different values: MSL pressure, ground-level pressure, temperature, and elevation. Additionally, data can be easily filtered according to any desired time span.

In addition, a new custom notifications functionality has been introduced. Users can now set up time-based notifications to receive current pressure values at specific times and days. Moreover, users can set pressure level alarms to receive warnings when the pressure rises above or falls below a certain value. Furthermore, users can receive notifications when there is a specific change in pressure as determined by the user-set value.

Lastly, an autosave function has been implemented, allowing users to select a time interval for the automatic saving of pressure, temperature, and elevation values. This ensures that users always have up-to-date information regarding weather changes at their fingertips.
